The S6 Macro works with virtually any plate format from 6- to 96-well plates. It has a software-controlled motorized zoom/focus module which interface allows you to save hundreds of plate types – each with point-and-click retrievable scan settings.

When you need versatility, the S6 Macro Analyzer is the instrument of choice. This model is ideally suited for counting objects under 100µm in diameter and it is designed to handle 100mm Petri dishes, 384-well plates, and all other formats in between (6-, 12-, and 24-well). It is the best choice for customers who work with different assay types and want the ultimate in plate scanning versatility.

This Immunospot Macro is in excellent cosmetic condition, with minor signs of use. The Macro model is optimal for colonies, cells, and microbes that are less than 100 um (micrometers) in diameter. New Life Scientific technicians have tested this analyzer and were able to control the system with the software and run various tests. NLS does not stock consumables or controls and, therefore, could not test this instrument for precision or accuracy; the technicians evaluate products to the best of their time, resources, and experience with the specific technology employed. Multiple images were captured and the zoom, top lighting, and bottom lighting all work without issue. There were no errors or mechanical hindrance noted for this system nor observed in testing. Accessories included with this analyzer: a 23 inch wide screen with anti-glare display, an Intel i5 PC with 4GB RAM, Immunospot 5.1 and BioSpot 5.1 software (2 software dongles are installed in the PC), keys for the ImmunoSpot cabinet access, a 60 mm petri dish adapter, a 100mm petri dish adapter, reference plate, 2 misc. microplate frames, software manuals, S6 Macro Analyzer user manual, single color software manual, and a keyboard / mouse.
