High-speed (45 ps risetime) pulse generator with excellent transient response with minimal overshoot, ringing and sag. The pulse shape from the standards-quality generator is extremely stable as the duration and pulse repetition rate are changed.

Our Model 10,050A produces 10 V pulses with 45 ps risetime and duration adjustable from 100 ps to 10 ns. All pulse parameters, except rise/falltimes, are fully programmable over the GPIB (IEEE-488). Slower risetimes can be obtained by externally attaching one of our risetime filters. Impulses can be created by adding an Impulse Forming Network such as the Model 5208.

We also offer two similar generators, Models 10,060A and 10,070A, that are enhanced versions of the 10,050A with additional capabilities.
