The E5383A flying lead set is ideal when only a few lines may need to be probed or probe points are distributed across a target. This probe can be connected to designed-in connectors or used with the included IC test clips to attach to components and other board features. The E5383A includes a set of 20 IC test clips and five ground leads.

  • 17 channels: 16 single-ended data, 1 single-ended clock
  • 1.5 pF equivalent load capacitance
  • Equivalent to the logic analyzer data rate the probe is attached to
  • Measure signals with as little as 600 mV p-p signal amplitude
  • Acquire signals from randomly located points on the target
  • Can be connected to designed-in connectors or used with the included IC test clips
  • Connects to 0.63 mm square pins or 0.66-0.84 mm diameter round pins
  • Compatible with logic analyzers with 40-pin cable connectors
